So,  I recently bought a camera. I wanted to buy a super nice DSLR camera, and learn the intricate art of photography. It would also help me with my poetry book, which I should have finished by Thanksgiving. (fingers crossed). But, most of those cameras were well, quite expensive. And, since I had not necessarily developed an aptitude for photography, just a recent interest, I figured an upwards of $500 or so was not a wise investment just yet. Besides, I didn’t even know how to use all of those fancy features. Why pay for them?

I ended up buying a Samsumg WBF1100 (yes, it’s even red).  It looks like a DSLR, but really is just a glorified point and shoot. Which is fine, I’m having enough fun anyway. But, the quality is good, and the photos will be a nice accompaniment to the poetry book. So, the last couple of days, I have been going around, taking pictures of everything. Everything. French fries. Pillows. Bugs. Blankets….Everything is a piece of art…
